SO I decided to try out the 21 Day Fix, food and exercise plan. I am not usually a huge fan of the fad diets at all, but thought I would try this one. It does combine lower calories and exercise together so I really like that. It also supports eating more fruits and veggies and no processed foods. I am now on day 3! A few of the girls that I met at the last Womens Conference I went to hosted by a mom’s group called “Raising Generations Today” were Beachbody Coaches (basically people who sell the program to others) and had gone through this program themselves and felt like it really helped them. Anyway, my sister had purchased the program (comes with exercise DVDs and portion containers and a plan for the 21 days) and decided it was too hard with going to college full time, so I took up her offer and am going to try it!
